Salesperson for exclusive hotel concept in Marbella Spain

We are now looking for extremely results-driven and self-motivated (telephone) salespeople to find end customers and partners whose customers may want to rent the exclusive villas that are rented out in Marbella for various types of events, conferences, holidays, etc.

The individuals that we are looking for should be fluently in another language than Swedish and sell on a market where they have the native language, so it is NOT necessary to speak Swedish, but English is necessary. For example, you speak French and English, than you can sell our services to French speaking clients and you can live and work where you choose yourself.

As a salesperson, you think creatively and find the necessary ways to find the customers and sign rental agreements. For example, you can contact conference organizers, wedding planners and other companies that may have customers who want to hold an event on site in Marbella. The customers can be located both in Europe and abroad.

As a salesperson, you carry out the entire process from first contact to signing a cooperation agreement / rental agreement and then maintaining customers for future additional sales.

The work is entirely commission-based with very favorable commissions on bookings made and with great development opportunities to come down to Marbella and work on site with rentals, etc. in the next step, if the sales goes according to plan.

As we are targeting an exclusive target group and the houses are in the absolute best location in Marbella and our customers are located throughout Europe and the rest of the world. In other words, it is an advantage if you have knowledge of languages ​​and cultures in other countries, so that you can primarily approach potential customers in Europe, but also in countries outside Europe is interesting.

The work is done remotely from any location and working hours are completely your own choice, the only thing that counts for us and you are the results, as the salary is completely performance-based on pure commission.
